Common name:Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar
Botanical name:Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca Pendula'

This large, slow-growing conifer exhibits weeping growth form. Its golden leaves are 1" in size, and it also requires full sun in order to best develop its color. It serves as an excellent specimen or rock garden subject.

With tall 24"-30" stems, 'Provence' has true, lavender colored flowers that are fragrant and excellent for cutting. It flowers in early June and has large, gray green leaves.

Butterfly bush is a fast growing deciduous or semi-evergreen shrub ranging from 3' up to 10', with an open, rangy growth habit. It should be cut back nearly to the ground in fall for size control and appearance. Purple, pink, white or red flowers appear in spring and summer, attracting butterflies. Sterile varieties are required in Oregon because of invasive issues. Use 'Asian Moon','Blue Chip', or 'Purple Haze' for example.

This tree will grow to about 40' tall and makes a good screen. It has small, scaled, light green leaves This is a highly combustible plant.

An evergreen shrublet that grows 6"-8" high and 2' wide, the flowers of this plant are 1" wide, and from April to June, are borne in shades of red, apricot, orange, yellow, pink, rose and white.

Botanical name:Genista pilosa

This broom is less invasive than its cousins. It is a prostrate shrub/groundcover growing not much beyond a foot in height. It has magnificient yellow blooms in spring.
