This elegant evergreen shrub slowly reaches 8'-10' tall and 6' wide with dark green, glossy leaves New foliage is bronzy red. For proper growth, the plant should receive shade or part sun, with well draining, fertile, moist soil. Creamy white, fragrant, tiny flowers bloom in spring, followed by reddish orange egg shaped berries. This shrub is great for borders.
