With its dark green foliage and fragrant flowers of a full, semi-double, yellow color, this upright shrub is generally grown as a vine or pillar rose. As it ages, the color changes to creamy white.

WIth its showy spring and early summer bloom, this Paeonia is an attractive flower garden perennial. Its leaves are large, and assume an alternate, pinnately compound or dissected shape. Most of the flowers are solitary, and have either red, purple or white coloring. The planting area should be kept well-tilled, and heavy fertilization is required of the plant. Waterings should be ample, especially during blooming periods.

Speed Limit Summer Phlox

Botanical name:Phlox paniculata 'Speed Limit'

This eastern U.S. native requires at least a half day's direct sunlight and rich garden soil. It should be placed toward the back, as it will be 3-6' when blooming.
