Common name:Gold Flame Spirea
Botanical name:Spiraea japonica 'Goldflame'

The 'Gold Flame' is a deciduous shrub that grows to a height of 3'-4'. New leaves emerge with a bronze color, and turn yellow as they expand. The flowers are rosy red from June through the fall season. It should be grown with full sun.

Crimson Pygmy Japanese Barberry

Botanical name:Berberis thunbergii 'Crimson Pygmy'

Pygmy purple leaf barberry is a deciduous shrub with arching branches which reaches 2 ft high and 3 ft wide. The foliage becomes bronzy red in summer and fall. 'Crimson Pygmy' prefers full sun and regular watering, more in hot summer months. This plant has thorns. It makes a great hedge. Prune in winter to re-shape.

Botanical name:Cotoneaster horizontalis

Rock Cotoneaster is a flat, spreading, deciduous shrub growing 2-3 ft. high and to 15 ft. wide. It has small leaves that turn orange and red before falling off, and showy red berries cover the plant in the winter. 'Variegatus' offers variegated foliage.
